01What do you actually build?
Anything from a one-off script to AI agents that run whole operations. Lately: connections that keep spreadsheets current on their own, meeting-to-task capture, report generators, quote and invoice pipelines, and custom AI agents that run multi-step operations with human sign-off. If a computer should be doing it, we can usually make that true.
02Do you work with businesses like mine?
Almost certainly. We're not an industry shop. The sector matters less than the symptom: repetitive work eating hours your people should spend on the real job. Importers, clinics, agencies, real estate, field services: same pattern, same fix.
03How long does a typical project take?
A quick script is live in about a week. A full workflow build runs two to four weeks, custom agents four to eight. You'll have the timeline in writing before anything starts.
04What if it doesn't work?
Every project starts with a measurable target: hours saved on a named workflow, agreed in writing before we build. The automation runs beside your current process until the number proves out. If it doesn't, you don't switch over, and the fixes are on us within the scope we quoted. Your proposal spells out exactly how that works before you spend a dollar.
05Is our data safe? Who controls the AI?
You do. Systems run on tools you approve. You decide which actions need a human sign-off, and we build those gates in. Anything you flag as needs-a-person waits for a person. We configure the AI services we deploy so your data is not used to train their models: API and enterprise tiers with training disabled, documented in your handover. If a tool can't be configured that way, we don't use it on your data. Every build gets a documented security pass before handover: access scopes, credential handling, and where your data flows, written down in the handover docs. If you need full isolation we can set up on your own hardware, local models included, so your data stays on your hardware.
06How does pricing work?
Flat and fixed, quoted from the audit. We count what a workflow costs you in hours, price the build against that, and put one number in the proposal. No hourly billing. The retainer is month to month.
